Verbal Confirmation For Texting

When a patient visits The Urology Place, the front desk receptionist asks if they would like to receive SMS messages for appointment reminders, scheduling, clinical instructions, and billing. The receptionist provides a verbal disclosure. If the patient agrees, they select their preference on the in-office communication form.
